The logical layout, with analogue-style rotary controls and switches, visually informative channel labelling and colour coding, comprehensive metering, and graphical colour touchscreen, allows greater ease of use. The compact construction with non-modular classic format I/O, uses new proprietary Audio and Control over Ethernet ACE™ digital snake and the latest dual core DSP technology.

Each bank of faders has four layers, providing 112 strips, which can be freely assigned as mono or stereo inputs, group, aux, main, matrix mix masters, DCA masters - and even engineers' Wedge / IEM monitor.
The T Surface connects to the MixRack using the ACE™ link, which combines control and remote audio over a single CAT5 cable. A built-in network switch allows connection of other network devices using TCP/IP such as a laptop running iLive Editor software.
MIDI and USB ports are also available.
For more audio networking options, plug-in cards can be fitted into Port "B" of the MixRacks, including the Mini Multi-Out Card, the EtherSound Card and the ACE™ Expansion Card.

The DCU5D Digital Cabling Unit provides remote control of a DSP5D over a distance of up to 120 metres from a PM5D V2 console. Connection is made by a single CAT5e Ethernet cable utilizing EtherSound technology. Bandwidth is fixed exclusively for the DSP5D and DCU5D so does not form part of a system with other Ethersound devices or ES Monitor software.

The DSP5D provides essentially all of the functionality of a PM5D-RH console minus the control surface, in an 11U rack-mountable unit that can be seamlessly controlled from a PM5D (RH) console. The DSP5D can be connected either directly to the PM5D or located up to 120 metres away with the addition of a DCU5D Digital Cabling Unit. It is a cost effective and space saving way to double the capacity of your existing PM5D V2 or may be purchased along with a console as a PM5D-EX package.

Replacing the 48 analog inputs of the M7CL-48 are a total of three Ethersound ports, two for auto-configured connection to as many as three Yamaha SB168-ES stageboxes and the 3rd to allow permanent connection to a computer while the stageboxes are connected in ring mode.

The M7CL-48ES retains eight OMNI inputs and eight OMNI outputs for direct connection to analogue systems, and the three Mini-YGDAI expansion slots of the M7CL-32/48, plus features such as the touch panel-based Centralogic™ control interface making it intuitive and user friendly.

The M7CL-48ES is designed specifically for use with EtherSound SB168-ES stageboxes, in either daisy chain or ring configuration. The ES monitor software is not required and you don't even have to worry about the order of ID numbers of the SB168-ES units used. By switching a few settings a ring network is just as easy to set up.
